Samantha Low brings technical depth and practical judgment to every assignment. Trained in architectural electrical engineering, she began her career designing complex building systems in San Francisco before leading major tenant improvement projects in construction management. That background gives her an unusually clear view of how workplace decisions play out in the real world, through design, budget, schedule, and delivery. At Low Fogg, Sam helps clients translate real estate strategy into spaces that work operationally, financially, and experientially.

Greg Fogg is a veteran Bay Area office-market advisor whose career has spanned institutional landlord organizations, tenant advisory, and long-cycle strategic negotiation. Having spent significant time inside ownership-side platforms, he understands firsthand how landlords evaluate timing, economics, and leverage. He brings that perspective to occupier clients with a clear point of view: tenants make better decisions when they understand more of what is driving the deal on the other side of the table.
